Once Bitten, Twice Shy: Update

10670_331248667007027_463824763_nI’m not 100% sure until it’s exported and I can watch it back but…I think I might have just finished editing the final cut! Once Bitten, Twice Shy is ready to be sent off for the music to be composed and then it’s time to burn DVDs and plan for festival submissions. How exciting! I’m planning to screen the film with family, my Aunt and Uncle who’s house I shot the film in are keen to see it, so I’m hoping that I can have it all together before I go back to Coventry on the 1st of September. Once back in Coventry I’m going to have a screening with the crew and possibly the cast, depending on how keen they are on travelling to Coventry to watch an 8 and a half minute film!!

As for when the film will be available for you guys to watch, it’s likely that that won’t be until this sort of time next year, depending on what festivals I enter and when. They have quite strict rules, one of those rules is often that the film can’t have been uploaded in its entirety to the internet. But I will of course keep you posted via my blog.

I’m sat here waiting for the film to export from Adobe Premiere, which is going to take about half an hour, hoping that when I watch it back in full screen it will be spot on and I won’t see something that I need to change. Anyway, that’s it from me, I thought I’d just post a quick update to let you know the film is pretty much complete! My fingers are tightly crossed that it does well in the festival circuit, and I will keep you posted. Hopefully I can upload the film for you to watch soon!

And in case you missed it, here’s the trailer
